How to deal with the failure of hydraulic brick machine

Troubleshooting methods. The automatic hydraulic brick machine will inevitably have some unprepared problems during operation. Today, I will list some troubleshooting methods for system faults, which can be roughly divided into the following points:

1. The technical condition of the control valve is poor, such as poor sealing of the valve seat or deviation of fit, fatigue or damage of the pressure regulating spring, blockage of the damping hole of the valve core, which will cause vibration and noise. When the gear pump is working, the trapped oil will produce strong noise, and the vane of the vane pump will be stuck in the groove, which will also cause noise. Consider re-selecting the pump. There is an error in the misalignment between the motor and the coupling, or the coupling and the pipe joint are loose, the bearing is damaged, etc., which will cause mechanical noise.

2. Causes of vibration and noise: There is gas in the oil suction pipe or the resistance of the oil suction pipe is too high, the oil viscosity is too high, the filter screen is blocked, and the oil level is too low, etc., a large amount of air is sucked in during work, causing cavitation. Vibration and noise, you can properly increase the inner diameter of the oil suction pipe, choose a suitable hydraulic pressure, clean or replace the oil filter, etc. Improper selection of hydraulic components, such as hydraulic pumps, control valves and other components used for maintenance and replacement are unqualified.

3. There is no buffer device at both ends of the hydraulic cylinder or the stroke is not adjusted properly, and the piston collides with the cylinder head. The oil seal of the one-way valve of the hydraulic cylinder buffer device is poor (for example, the paper pad at the end cover is damaged, the gap between the piston and the cylinder hole is too large, the throttle nut is loose or improperly adjusted, the outer edge of the piston at both ends and the inner hole of the end cover The matching clearance is too large, so that the triangular groove does not function as a buffer, etc.). The system pressure is adjusted too high or there is a large amount of air in the system memory, etc.

4. Reasons for hydraulic shock: There is no buffering effect when the liquid flow changes direction, the change of liquid flow before and after the change is too sudden, the reversing action of the electromagnetic reversing valve is too fast, and the gap between the valve core and the valve body is too large, etc., which will cause hydraulic shock.

5. The gap between the hydraulic components is large, and the hydraulic pump has a large gap and large oil leakage, which seriously causes the actuator to crawl; the nipples or throttle ports of various control valves are blocked by dirt, and the inflexible movement of the valve core makes the pressure fluctuate greatly, resulting in thrust Or the flow rate is large and small, resulting in crawling; the valve parts are worn, so that the matching gap is too large, and the leakage causes insufficient pressure to cause crawling.
